A wrong address puts two crooked cops, Mike Parnell (David Rasche) and Danny Scalise (Richard Young) into the path of Jimmie Rainwood (Tom Selleck). When Jimmie comes out of the shower at his house with a hair dryer in his hands in a dark area, Mike reacts.

The great film tells the heartbreaking story very well.
